[WA]SAFE_POINTs when disable wrap mode

      Description

      1. Open common_data/clustal/align.aln
      2. Decrease the alignment width to make the "Wrap mode"button enabled (see attachment 1)
      3. Enable "Wrap mode"
      4. Increase alignment width.
        Current: three lines, last two are identical (se attachment 2)
      5. Scroll down a little bit
        Current: now we have a lot of lines, the first one is duplicated (see attachment 3)
      6. Disable "Wrap mode"
        Current: there are a bunch of SAFE_POINT's in log (see attachment 4)
