Tested on macOS Monterey.
- Click the green button in the top-left corner of the UGENE window to Enter Full Screen mode.
- Open COI.aln
Expected: the active window is the MSA window.
Current state: the UGENE window is hidden, windows of other applications are in the foreground.
I think it happened after Qt upgrade. We have MSA's non-parent scrollbars and WD's non-parent widgets (for example, see the "Quality control by FastQC" sample). I also think this is the reason for 7121.
