      Description

      Now we have a modern melting temperature calculation feature in Primer3. It should be used in UGENE. We use this feature in several places:

      • Sequence View -> The "Statistics" tab
      • In silico PCR (SV tab + WD)
      • Primer Library
      • Find correct primer pairs (WD element)
      • PCR Primer Design (not developed yet)

      It's required to add a possibility to choose, what method should be used
