      Description

      1. Select any inner node
      2. Click Swapping Siblings button on the toolbar
      Expected: rearrange two branches of an internal node
      Swapping Siblings button is enabled for next clicking
      Actual: rearrange two branches of an internal node
      Swapping Siblings button is disabled
