      Description

We can ad one reference to one scaffold in the assembly browser now. One user said, that he has an assembly, which contains thousands of scaffolds and a multifasta file, which contains thousands of sequences (and each scaffold's name from the assembly is similar to some sequence's name from the multifasta file). It's required to make it possible to automatically set each sequence as the reference to the scaffold with the corresponding name. See the GitHub issue for details.

      Realization:

      1. Open the assemby with more then one scaffold.
      2. Select any number of scaffolds in Project VIew (1 or more).
      3. Click right button.
      4. There is a new action called "Set reference(s) from the file"
      5. Click it and choose the file which has references (with names which are similar to the scaffold's names)
      6. Click "OK"
Expected: references are distributed to scaffolds depends on their names
