      Description

      Regression comes from 39.0 version.
      Scenario:

      1. Open any fasta file
      2. Press "Build dotplot" button in the main menu
      3. 'Compare sequences using dotplot' dialog will appear
        Expected: default rectangle color is black
        Actual: default rectangle color  is grey
      4. Сlick on the rectangle in the row "Search direct repeats"
      5. "Select Color" dialog appears
      6. Select red color and OK
        Expected: rectangle turns red
        Actual: rectangle color  is not changed
