FastTree is a popular phy-tree construction tool that can build very large trees using reasonable amount of memory and CPU resources: http://www.microbesonline.org/fasttree/
This tool is integrated into different popular frameworks and UI tools and it will be beneficial for UGENE users to have it out of the box in UGENE.
