The "ACE" format "A name is duplicated" error

      Description

      If you try to open the attached file, you'll see the error "A name is duplicated". This is because this alignment (or assembly, it could be opened in two ways, but with the same result) has two sequences with name

      ENV1440.y1__CHROMAT_FILE:_ENV1440.y1_PHD_FILE:_ENV1440.y1.phd.1_TIME:_Mon_Oct_18_02:46:08_1999

      It is already possible in UGENE to have an alignment (or assembly) with same-name-sequences. Need to fix it about the "ACE" format
