      Description

      In the old Russian versions of UGENE  there was a menu Инструменты->Подбор праймеров->Библиотека праймеров.
      Now it has been replaced by Инструменты->Олигонуклеоиды->Библиотека Олигонуклеоидов, although if you open the library, then all the work goes with the term of primer. In English version also Primer term is used.
      I suggest going back to the old version Инструменты->Праймеры->Библиотека праймеров.
