Importing a primer via objects doesn't make sense after excluding the shared database

      Description

      Scenario

      1. Open File->Primer->Primer library.
      2. Click Import Primer(s) button.
      3. Import primers dialog appears.
        The dialog is divided into 2 parts, where the import is performed by opening a file or object.
        Opening an object involves working with a remote shared database, which is now excluded from UGENE.
        Need to remove this part from the dialogue.
