Error message should be unified for non-latin characters and spaces in the path

Scenario:

1. Open samples/sars.gb
2. Open Analyze->Query with local BLAST from context menu
3. Copy database test/general/_common_data/cmdline/external-tool-support/blastal/sars_begin.nhr, sars_begin.nin and sars_begin.nsq in  "my work" folder and in another "моя_работа" folder.
   The one folder with spaces and another one with non-latin symbols.
4. Click Database file button and select my work/sars_begin.nhr
   Actual state: The color of the "Database path" field turns red, the message is displayed if you move the cursor in the field, Search button is disabled.
5. Click Database file button and select моя_работа/sars_begin.nhr
   Actual state: Search button is enabled.

1. Click Search

   Task \{Run NCBI Blast task} finished with error: One of the arguments passed to "blastn" external tool is not in Latin alphabet. Make sure that the input and output files and folders are located in the paths which contain only Latin characters. Current problem path is: "D:/моя_работа/sars_begin"
   

Expected: the same error message in the both cases: "...paths which contain only Latin characters and does not contain spaces."
