      Description

      1. Open COI.aln
      2. Build a tree and make it open in a new window. Give the tree file name a different name from COI.nwk.
      3. Open COI.nwk from the samples using Tree tab in MSA editor

      Expected: COI.nwk is added to the MSA editor
      Actual: COI.nwk is opened in a new window.

      Reason: settings from step 2 are applied to the step 3.
