Make possible to open PDB as multiple alignment

Update document model to make possible next scenario:

1. Do menu File->Open as... samples\PDB\1CF7.PDB
2. Select Pbd format
3. Select option to join sequnces as multiple alignment
   Current state: SAFE_POINT triggered
   Expected state: containing sequences shown as MSA

Same for SCF file from samples.
