      Description

      SAFE_POINT appears after opening some objects via File->Open as and selecting
      "Join sequence into alignment..." option in Sequence Reading Option dialog.

      Scenario:

      1. Click "File ->Open as..."
      2. Select samples/EMBL/AL000263.emb
      3. Select "Join sequence into alignment..." in Sequence Reading Option dialog
      4. Click OK
      5. Current: SAFE_POINT
        [ERROR][13:58] Trying to recover from error: Unsupported format operation at C:\BuildAgent\work\release\ugene\src\corelibs\U2Core\src\models\DocumentModel.cpp:338

      The same issue occurs if select on the step2 the following samples:

      • samples/MMDB/1SRN.prt
      • samples/Swiss-Prot/P16152
      • samples/PDB/3ins.pdb
      • samples/SCF/90-JRI-07
