Incorrect timeout for "Query NCBI BLAST database...."

When you run BLAST with "Query NCBI BLAST database...." the task stops due to timeout much faster than it is anticipated (this dialog has 10 minuits timeout value, but task is finished much faster). Need to use this 10 minuits as timeout, not some other value, because very often it is task finishes faster, than it passes.
