      Description

      Scenario:

      1. Open the attached file.
      2. Open the "Restriction enzymes" dialog.
      3. Check Esp3I.
      4. Click OK.
      5. Open the "Annotation highlighting" tab.
        Current: SAFE_POINT's been triggered.
        Trying to recover from error: Annotation has been already added at C:\BuildAgent\work\release\ugene\src\corelibs\U2View\src\ov_sequence\PanViewRows.cpp:87
