Format=CLUSTALW - Click "Generate".
The Alignment Editor appears.
- Tools->Random sequence generator...
- Run the SSE2 task:
- Open the Pairwise Alignment tab of the Options Panel.
- Set Sequences.
- Select Algorithm: Smith-Waterman
- Click "Align".
- Wait for the crash. It took 10 minutes on my computer.
