Create an alignment with 7000 'A':
1. Tools->Random sequence generator...
  The "Generate Sequence" dialog appears.
2. Length=7000
  Number of sequences=2
  Content=Base content (%)
  A=100, C=0, G=0, T=0
  Output file=/your/path/out.aln
  Format=CLUSTALW
3. Click "Generate".
  The Alignment Editor appears.
Run the SSE2 task:
1. Open the Pairwise Alignment tab of the Options Panel.
2. Set Sequences.
3. Select Algorithm: Smith-Waterman
4. Click "Align".
Wait for the crash. It took 10 minutes on my computer.
