Affect Type:Userdefined
SnapGene and Genious have a pretty attractive feature about annotations - when you hover them with mouse, annotation borders are change their color (for example, in SnapGene they became red - see the attached picture). It looks really cool and adds some dynamics. I want to add the same thing to UGENE.
Important thing: annotation border colorization is just a visualization feature. The colorized anhnotation isn't count as selected. But, when you click on the colorized annotation, it should be selected.
Tooltips: now in UGENE we have annotation tooltips, which became visible if you hover annotation for a second or two. But, the problem of these tooltips is that they remain visible even if annotation is not already under the cursor. This behaviour should be changed and tooltip should be visible only if its annotation is hovered and colored.
Restriction enzymes: restriction enzymes have cuts, which should be colored if the corresponding enzyme is colored too.
