Smith-Waterman should have the same parameters in SV and AE

We use SW for searching in sequence view and for pair alignment if alignment editor. The dialog in SV has a couple things AE doesn't have:

• Advanced... - for now it is disabled everywhere. Check if it is still needed and weither add to AE of remove in SV
• View... - this is how scoring matrix look like, need to add the same option to AE
