Some annotations get lost in zoom view

      Description

      1. Download NC_007898 in GenBank format and open it in UGENE.
      2. Zoom into a specific region:
        1. Press Ctrl+A.
          Expected: the "Region Selection" dialog appeared.
        2. Set Region=71636-71749.
        3. Click the "Zoom to Selection" button on the sequence zoom view toolbar.
          Expected: there are 4 annotations in this region: two CDS annotations lying in the CDS rows with values YP_008563112.1 and YP_008563067.1, and two gene annotations lying in the gene rows with the value rps12. See v43 for correct behavior.
          Current state:
          • only one rps12 annot shown;
          • YP_008563112.1 isn't in its own line: there should be a CDS line, not gene;
          • under YP_008563067.1 there is the lost rps12 annot (it can be seen by clicking on YP_008563112.1).
