Split "Plasmid features" annotations to separate groups

Plasmid features have different types - Promoters, Terminators, etc., but, in the attotation tree view they are shown in a single group. This is very inconvinient, need to shown them in different groups.

Pay attention: there are diffenet types of annotations, and some of them are the same as feature types. For example, we have Promoters, Terminators and some other types. Plasmid features should also have the corresponding tyoe. If there is not type - they should be `misc_feature`.
