      Description

      Scenario:

      1. Get /home/ftp/data/protein/many_sequences.fa from ugene-quad-ubuntu
      2. FIle -> Open as -> FASTA -> Merge sequence into a single sequence
      3. Wait.
      4. Remove file from disk.
        Actual state: Application hangs
