"Show alternative mutations" doesn't rollback changes when its checkbox is disabled

      Description

      Scenario:

      1. Open "samples/Sanger/alignment.ugenedb".
      2. Find read "SZYD_Cas9_CR56", position 2136.
      3. Open the "Reads" tab, click "Show alternative mutations".
        Expected: the base remain "T", because its chrommatogram is much higher than others.
        Current: the base switched to "C"
