The bairoch file has a field PT for each enzyme - which means prototype. The enzyme is prototype if the value of this PT field is this enzyme name. If PT is some other enzyme name, that means, that this enzyme is Isoschizomer, Neoschizomer or Isocaudomer. Need to:
- add "Keep only: Prototype" checkbox. Only prototypes are visible, if this checkbox is checked.
- Upgrade the "Selected enzyme info". Now, if enzyme is a prototype, it should show a list of all ...zomers. If anzyme is some ...zome - than it should show a prototype. Enzyme name should be hyperlinked and show an info on click.
