[Wd] Refactoring recreating scene

      Description

      If several elements are pasted into the workflow designer using copy-paste, the entire scene should not be recreated for this purpose. Refactor this point in WorkflowViewController. Make sure there are tests that check this behavior (for example, that an element with the same id is inserted, or that a complete schema with connections is inserted). Add them if necessary.
