UGENE v51 crashes if there is another Qt installed

      Description

      UGENE crashes on loading if there is another Qt version installed on the computer and set to LD_LIBRARY_PATH.

      Workaround:

      1. Install Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8. 
      2. Install the Anaconda package manager. The pachage already contains Qt 5.15.2 in the `~/anaconda3/lib` directory. Set this directory to the LD_LIBRARY_PATH.
      3. Download UGENE v51. Run ugeneui.
        Expected: everything is fine.
        Current: crash.

      This crash appeared on UGENE v51 and is not reproducible on UGENE v50 on the same conditions.
