WD: external tool element name can't contain spaces

When creating new WD element for external tool the "Next" button is not highlighed if the name contains spaces.

Please check if spaces support in tool name was disabled intentionally and show user a warning message if name/desc are invalid instead of silent disable mode for "Next" button
