Currently there are the following problems with the UGENE session file:
1. Each time 2 session files are created instead of one: session_0 and session_1
2. When a document is loaded, a TmpDbiHandle is created for the common session file with parameter deallocate=true. As the result, when the document is deleted, all connections to the file are deleted and the common file is deallocated.
