      Description

      The freeform field should allow one to enter all required original parameters of an external tool (that maybe missed in the UGENE dialogs).

      The freeform field should be added to the following dialogs:

      1. Align Short Reads (Bowtie in combobox)
      2. Align Short Reads (BWA in combobox)
      3. Request to local BLAST database
      4. Contig Assembly with CAP3
      5. Align with ClustalW
      6. Align with MAFFT
      7. Align with T-Coffee
      8. Build Phylogenetic Tree (MrBayes in combobox)
      9. Primer Designer (Span Intron/Exon tab)
