MUSCLE memory threshold (x64)

ICBFM request.

Must be tested on an x64 computer with reasonable memory amount.

1. Download Bacillus subtilis full genome (http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/nuccore/255767013?report=fasta).
2. Generate 20 reads 2000 length each. In multifasta
3. Use Bacillus subtilis genome as a profile for "MUSCLE->Align sequences to profile" and the reads as the profile.
4. User reports that MUSCLE out puts an error that says "Required 1608 MB but only 1536 MB is allowed". However, he uses x64 version and the corresponding threshold in general settings is 20 000 MB.
