MUSCLE align to profile failed

1. Download attached files.
2. Open "NC_000964_multi_region.fa" in MSA Editor.
3. Do

{Align->Align sequences to profile with MUSCLE...}

in context menu.
4. Select "NC_000964.fa" as profile.
You will see:
