      Steps to reproduce:
      1. Open "COI.aln"
      2. Build tree with Phylip and display it in MSAEditor
      3. Click tool button "Sort alignment by tree"
      Current state:
      Sequences 'Mecopoda_elongata_Sumatra' and 'Mecopoda_elongata_Ishigaki_J' are in the wrong order
