Minor 1. Open COI.aln.
2. Create a tree for it (by PHYLIP, for example).
3. Click right mouse button on the tree view. A context menu for MSA Editor appeared.
4. Click any mouse button somewhere else. A context menu for trees appeared in the same place.
Only one context menu should be shown.
