      Description

      1. Open "COI.aln".
      2. Set the "Zychia_baranovi" sequence as reference.
      3. Open the "Statistics" options panel tab.
      4. Set checked "Show distance algorithm" box, select the "Identity" algorithm.
      Expected state: the reference sequence has 100% match with itself.
      Bug state: the reference sequence has 103% match with itself.
