Preview of annotation files and variation files

There is no way to see the content of an annotation file and a variation file.
Add an option to see a preview of the file (open it as a plain text).
-The preview should be opened automatically when the file is opened (without sequence or assembly)
-There must be an option to open the preview from the dashboard of WD (for resulting files)
-UGENE must be aware of the sizes of the files since there might be large files. The preview must restrict a number of lines displayed or dynamically load content of the file when scrolling
