Improve dashboards

      Description

      At least the following improvements should be implemented for dashboards:

      1. If a workflow contains an element with an external tool, the log or parameters list of the tool run should be added to the dashboard.
      2. It should be possible to store runs info between UGENE sessions.
      3. It should be possible to rename a run tab.
      4. It should be possible to export a run report with all the files.
