When the bar on the options is switched the widget on the previous bar is deleted.
This widget may have a state that must be saved.
Develop a mechanism of saving the state of the widget. This mechanism must be common for all the bars.
Refactor saving parameters of pairwise alignment and highlighting in MSAEditor.
