Removing gaps in MSA with Backspace key works incorrectly with collapsing mode enabled

      Description

      All modifications are supposed to affect identically sequences from collapsed group. Currently removing gaps in MSA with Backspace key does not follow this constraint, i.e. modification influences only the sequences involved into selection.
