Sequences order is changed when tree is rebuilt

      Description

      1. Open "COI.aln".
      2. Build a tree for the alignment.
      3. Click the "Refresh tree" button on the toolbar.
        Expected state: the sequences order remains the same.
        Actual state: the tree branches are sorted as sequences in the alignment.
