Manually create clusters on a phylogenetic tree

This is a user request.
Create an option to select clusters on a phylogenetic tree. The clusters maybe visualized, for example, using brackets or background color. See corresponding feature in the MEGA package.

Also, it should be possible to modify already created clusters (it sometimes makes sense to group items from different branches).
