SAFE_POINT is triggered on sorting alignment by tree

Scenario to reproduce:

1. Open "data/samples/CLUSTALW/COI.aln".
2. Build a phylogenetic tree synchronized with the alignment.
3. Rename the first and the second sequences to "1".
4. Remove the first sequence.
5. Click the "Sort alignment by tree" button on the tree view toolbar.
   Current state: there is an error in the log (release) or SAFE_POINT triggering (debug): "Trying to recover from error: Incorrect number of row IDs! at src/sqlite_dbi/SQLiteMsaDbi.cpp:370".
