      Description

      Now the displaying of annotation depends on the order of regions (see the attachments).
      Unify it.
      Unification is required not only for representation, but for annotation regions storage too. For example, copy of circular junction works correctly only if regions are stored in lex. order (1..10, 90..100), but circular view joins regions like (90..100,1..10).
