Add info about methylation sensitivity to found restriction sites, i.e. annotate methylation sites and warn a user if there could be problems because of them.
For example, for XbaI enzyme it is important to get such information because if the region is TCTAGATT, the sequence will be cut, but if the region is TCTAGATC or GATCTAGA, i.e. there is an intersection with Dam methylase, then the sequence will not be cut.
