      Description

      Infrastructure for restriction sites analysis currently available in UGENE is not handy enough for planning a cloning experiment.

      It must be more interactive and warn a scientist about possible problems, such as problems that can occur because of:
      1) methylation sensitivity
      2) incompatibility of the selected enzymes (enzymes that produce complementary DNA ends)
