Add a hint about invalid path to the BLAST FormatDB dialog

BLAST FormatDB tool can't process input sequence (sequences) if path to it contains spaces. So, database creating is forbidden (the "format" button is disabled, file path widget is highlighted), but there are no information what is wrong. Add a hint.
