Currently, when a user specifies an output path in the BLAST+ "Format database" dialog, an error occurs: "Output database path contain space characters" during the task execution.
Instead, it should launch the BLAST+ executable for a temporary directory without space characters in the path, and copy the result files to the directory, specified by the user.
