Add an option to sort a phylogenetic tree branches. A similar option is available in FigTree and Geneious.
The original user request is:
For example, if i make a tree in MEGA tool i can root my out group (or) sometimes it automatically comes in bottom side of the tree based on the genetic distance. But in this tool the out-group looks on top side. So what happens we sometimes cant consider this tree for publication because all the tools give out put differently.
