Wrong scroll for sequence zoom view

      Description

      1. Open samples/Genbank/sars.gb.
      2. Manage Rows in Zoom View -> -5 Rows.
      Expected: the vertical scroll appears for the zoom view.
      3. Resize the zoom view, make it height greater.
      => The scroll bar is wider than than the zoom view. Make them equal height.
