      Description

      1. Open workflow test/_common_data/cmdline/index_reuse/bowtie.uwl
      2. Set wrong file as reference for Bowtie worker(for example Newick file)
      3. Run the workflow.
      Expected state: some informative message is shown
      Actual: "Bowtie build indexer tool exited with code 1"
