      Description

      1. Open workflow test/_common_data/cmdline/index_reuse/bowtie.uwl
      2. Set genbank as input
      3.  Set wrong file as reference for Bowtie worker(for example Newick file)
      4. Run the workflow.
        Expected state: The formats are not compatible: newick and genbank
        Actual: "The formats are not compatible: newick and fasta
